The Medicine Hat & District Leaders of Tomorrow Awards Committee takes great pride in participating in this innovative and exciting youth volunteer recognition program. It exemplifies our passionate commitment to the promotion and recognition of the tremendous contribution volunteers make to our community. Youth volunteers are not restricted by any skills, abilities, intelligence or talents. The only limit is their imagination.

The Leaders of Tomorrow Awards program recognizes young people who have made outstanding contributions to their community through volunteerism. By recognizing these exceptional volunteers, the Leaders of Tomorrow Awards will inspire other youth to give of themselves to benefit the community. Not only is recognition important for the youth themselves, but they can then serve as role models.

Individuals, community groups, educational institutions and voluntary organizations are invited to nominate young people who deserve recognition for their devotion to helping others.
