Position description:
Indivduals who are able to pack and move light, moderate and heavy articles, furniture and equipment in one room. Packing and moving within the same building in preparation for renovation activities.

Time commitment:
A few hours in the months of March and April 2010. Subject to the availability of the volunteer.

Skills volunteer would practice/acquire:
Ability to lift, walk, and bend. Light, moderate and heavy lifting ability.

Training provided:
Supervision provided, no training needed.
